How does shipping work?
Ground Shipping will deliver from us to your house or within 30 minutes drive time away which depends on areas, routes, highways.
Shipping a puppy by air can be done by using Pet Air which ships your puppy to an airport near you. We will need all payments due a week before the Thursday shipping date. When we receive your payment we make flight reservations through Pet Air and will receive the flight schedule Monday evening or Tuesday morning at the latest.
"Sometimes" we can schedule flights for different days; Please ask in advance.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $200.00 when we use our flight service in the lower 48 states. Ground transport service that covers most of the USA for $250.00. Shipping to Canada typically runs 50.00 higher. Shipping consists of us calling our flight agency and by Tuesday night at the latest we have the flight schedule back and contact you with the details. He or she will come with everything as advertised; health guarantee, registration, chip, crate, & more. For more on shipping please view our shipping information page.

How do I pay for the puppy?
Payments can be made through Paypal, Money Order, or Cashiers Check or cash on pick-ups.

The best way to pay is by Paypal to the email address dice121@centurytel.net for you assurance and insurance that you will be getting what you paid for. Paying by Postal Money Order is accepted but please overnight it or make arrangements with us by phone so we do not sell or miss a sell on the puppy while waiting on a envelope.

Can I reserve a puppy?
Absolutely; Puppies can be reserved as soon as they are born. When reserving our Chins or Cavaliers we need half down due to the expense we incur when people do not follow through.

What comes with the puppy?
They come with a one year health guarantee, registration papers, a record of every shot of their vaccination and worming, a travel crate, and more.

Is there a guarantee on the puppies health?

Who do I call if the puppy gets sick?
Take it to the vet immediately and please call us.

Puppy Food and Feeding
The puppy food we are feeding is called Royal Canin Small Breed Puppy Food (dry). You can visit www.royalcanin.us to find your nearest retailer. We give them access to their food and water 24/7.

Pictures
You can view their mothers and fathers pictures by going to our website and look on the “Chins” Page or the "Cavaliers" Page or email for a custom photo. Please remember we work very hard and sometimes it can take a little while for a photo; generally a few hours in the afternoon.
Puppy pictures will be on the for sale pages and custom photos will be taken same as parents. We typically update our pictures any time there is a change in their size or look which can range from a few days to a month.

Microchips
We use Avid microchips so when you get him copy the numbers off his health certificate (they look like a social security number i.e (654-98-0987) and turn it in to www.avidmicrochip.com or by mail to have his chip registered to you.
